Affiliate Disclosure
Transparency is one of our core values. This page explains how ACHARID Blog generates revenue and how affiliate partnerships work.
FTC Disclosure Statement
In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and international consumer protection laws, ACHARID Blog discloses that it has financial relationships with some of the merchants, service providers, and software vendors mentioned on this website.
How Affiliate Links Work
When we review, compare, or recommend a software tool, AI platform, or business service, we may include special tracking links (affiliate links). If you click on one of these links and subsequently sign up for a trial, purchase a subscription, or buy a product, we may earn a commission from the vendor.
Important: Clicking an affiliate link and making a purchase does not result in any extra cost to you. You pay the exact same price (and often get access to exclusive extended trials or discounts negotiated by our team).
Our Guarantee of Editorial Independence
Our business model relies on affiliate revenue, but our editorial integrity is not for sale. We adhere to strict guidelines:
- No Pay-for-Play: We never accept money to write a positive review or rank a product higher in our comparison tables.
- Honest Reviews: If a software product is flawed, overpriced, or lacks good support, we will say so, even if they have a lucrative affiliate program.
- Recommending Non-Affiliates: We frequently recommend excellent free tools or open-source software from which we earn zero revenue, simply because they are the best fit for the reader.
- Cancellation: We will remove affiliate links from vendors who engage in unethical business practices or whose product quality severely degrades.
Types of Partnerships
We currently participate in the following types of affiliate programs:
- Direct SaaS Partner Programs: Many software companies (e.g., CRM, Project Management, Hosting) run their own in-house affiliate programs.
- Affiliate Networks: We use networks like Impact, PartnerStack, and ShareASale to manage relationships with multiple tech brands.
- Amazon Associates: ACHARID Blog is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com (primarily for tech hardware, books, and office equipment).
Display Advertising
In addition to affiliate links, we reserve space on our articles for display advertising (banners). These ad placeholders are currently inactive but may be filled by networks like Google AdSense, Ezoic, or Mediavine in the future. Advertisers have no influence over our editorial content.
How This Supports Us
Running a high-quality tech publication requires significant resources. Testing software requires purchasing expensive enterprise tiers, and producing in-depth comparisons takes dozens of hours of practitioner time. Affiliate commissions allow us to keep the website free to read, ad-light, and independently operated without relying on sponsored posts or paywalls.
